At LUNE, jewellery is personal.

Currently, we offer two necklaces that can be personalized — each designed with a different character.

Our first is an everyday essential: sleek, tiny and effortlessly cute, crafted from 925 Sterling Silver. Minimal enough to wear every day, yet personal enough to make it yours.

Our second is a stronger, more masculine design, slightly larger and crafted from stainless steel — made for those who prefer something bolder and more distinctive.

But customization at LUNE doesn't stop there.

Over time, we've had clients come to us with ideas for necklaces that didn't exist in our collection. We've taken those ideas and created exclusive, one-of-a-kind pieces made specifically for them.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Because every custom piece is made specifically for you, please allow approximately 14–21 working days for production and delivery.

The exact timeframe may vary depending on our factory's production schedule and the logistics process. We'll keep you informed throughout the process whenever possible.

PLEASE NOTE

Custom and personalized pieces are made specifically for you and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable due to a change of mind or personal preference, where applicable under consumer law.

Once your custom design has been approved and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrectly produced items.
